Is This a good workout schedule for fat burn, weight loss, and muscle building?

Hi this is the schedule I thought out, but wasn’t sure if it would work out correctly. Hopefully someone out there can give me a thumbs up or some advice on this schedule! :P

Monday – Chest, Triceps, and Shoulders weights
Tuesday – Jogging 30-45 minutes
Wednesday – Back, Biceps, and Abs weights
Thursday – Jogging 30-45 minutes
Friday – Thighs, Chest, and Abs weights
Saturday -Jogging 30-45 minutes
Sunday – Rest with Yoga 1 hour

It’s not easy but it works great! I lost 2 inches around my belly and almost 10 lbs of fat. I also look more toned/ripped.
