i need to find a free download to”fat loss for idiots”i tried several but none of them actually work.?

i am 125 pounds. i dont drink pop,i excercise,dont over eat or pig out on junk.so give me a break !to all the people with smart ass remarks.i just want to drop some extra pounds.ty

No. Those don’t work. I suggest eating low carb foods and drinking more water, if you drink pop slice down the portions.
