I do not and will not take supplements.
I work out 6 days a week
I do heavy toning workouts
I am about 24% body fat and i’d like to know if anyone knows of any good ways to speed up the development of abs?? is 2 days a week good?? and maybe a copy of a good ab workout routine?? i have a 6 pack but its not as visible as i’d like it to be. i want to know how i can spead up the process to make my abs amazing

Do you have an exercise ball? That works great for abs. Also make sure the small of your back is on the floor when doing crunches or sit ups to get a real workout. Not many people do this or even think of doing this.

You will have to eat less too, cut your meals in half and drink nothing but water.

You might want to take daily vitamins too.
