Fat Loss Workout

What’s the best diet/workout combination for fat loss?
I’ve shed some pounds in the past few months, and now my body seems smaller, but somewhat flabby. Now that I’ve acheieved my weight goal, I want to concentrate on losing the flab. What’s the best diet/workout combination to get rid of body fat?

In regards to loosing the flab, sticking to healthy foods is all you really need to do. Make sure that you are eating enough ie at least 1200 calories and plenty of water/fruits/vegetables. I would try to stay away from having too much processed foods.
Re exercise – I’ve found running great for weight loss/toning. You need to get some good cardio going ie. 3 – 4 x a week as that will help you loose the fat. Definitely add some strength work/weights in there as well, you could do a couple of days a week where you do a fully body work out, or do a split (one day arms one day legs etc).
Your diet/cardio will help you loose the fat, and the strength training will strengthen and tone your muscles and help you look great(er)!
